Guests will receive a full refund of the booking fees if they cancel their reservation at least 2 weeks before their check-in date.

If cancellation occurs up to 1 week before check-in, guests will be refunded 50% of the booking fees.

All cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM (CET) on the specified day.
